During new launches, promotional periods, festive seasons, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Singapore Delivery

Orders are shipped via our appointed courier.

Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Lost Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility lies with the shipping provider. However, we'll do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving any delivery issues.
